SOLVED White lines problem in desktop...

Hi guys, first of all thncxx for viewing my post... Hope u'll surely find a solution for me.....

Yesterday i installed Windows7 sp-1 KB976932 (externally downloaded from Windows service pack center) and restarted my comp, it took for about 45mins,, after that process everything went good but now it has white lines on desktop as the below screenshot..

And also my graphics speed have become very slow when playing games.
System Configuration:-
AMD Athlon X2 260 Processor
Asus HD 5450 Silent VGA card
4 Gb RAM
System rating 4.0 (windows experience index)
Guys please help me to detect the "lines" problem and find a solution.....
And help me to improve my graphics speed...

Guys, i somehow cleared the lines problem... But when i come in games it is slower...
Like when playin GTA Vicecity it slow downs or like stucks for sometime...
I need ur response frennz plzz!

SP1 is a year old. Why didn't you use windows update to install it a long time ago?

Unless you got it from Microsoft it could have a virus or any number of bugs.
