Its very goodHired Guns: The Jagged Edge is a turn-based strategy game that puts you command of a squad of specialists for hire in the genre's biggest game-world yet: the African country Diamond Coast. Diamond Coast is a playground for the cruel and corrupt, each with their own agenda. Choose your friends wisely and buy an army of ruthless mercenaries to unleash mayhem on your foes. Choose "jobs"from different factions and complete them for cash to upgrade your weapons and hire more elite soldiers of fortune.
Tons of firepower and plenty of combat experience will give your team the edge when it comes to fighting, but smooth talk and a wad of bills can also go a long way towards ensuring success. With multiple story lines and endings, you're in total control of your own fate.
Torchlight! Best $5 I've ever spent in my entire life.
Steam was selling to $5 on a super sale around Christmas. It was a one-day thing.$5 :top:
where????how???
What kind of bugs or problems have you had with Shift? I had to re-install it when I upgraded my video card, but other than that I don't think I've encountered any glitches yet.I bought Dirt2 and Resident Evil 5 for the PC. I am playing Dirt2 currently, but haven't gotten around to installing RE5 yet.
BTW, I liked Dirt2 much better than NFS:Shift (another game I am currently playing)..it's much more fun to just 'pick up and play' and less buggy too. I particularly like the Malaysian jungle levels in D2.
Nothing major, but lots of little annoyances like the Force feedback cutting out randomly on my logitech steering wheel, physics bugs like the bouncing veyrons and carrera GTs, some collision physics bugs and the occasional crash to desktop. The patch seems to have fixed most of the problems though. What kind of bugs or problems have you had with Shift? Yeah, I was playing Shift last night, and oddly enough it actually started to test the limits of my system ... I had AA and AF set all the way to the max, and I had to tone those down a bit to reduce some of the choppiness. I guess it's true what they say ... those features can really be frame rate killers. But at least the game still looks good at a high resolution even if you don't have them turned up all the way.Nothing major, but lots of little annoyances like the Force feedback cutting out randomly on my logitech steering wheel, physics bugs like the bouncing veyrons and carrera GTs, some collision physics bugs and the occasional crash to desktop. Dirt 2 was good to go right from the beginning![]()
