My Gateway mini laptop running Windows 7 with Internet Explorer 9 is experiencing difficulties accessing most websites, particularly those beyond the basic level, after being unused for several years.
Despite trying various fixes found online, including resetting Internet Explorer and attempting to update from IE 9 to IE 11, none have resolved the issue. Windows 7 itself also isn't updating.
While my internet connection seems to be working fine as I can reach Google.com, I'm unable to access other websites. The browser keeps indicating that IE is outdated.
I would greatly appreciate any advice or suggestions on how to resolve this issue.
