Virus Keep Coming Back After Removal

Wins 7 Ult 64 bit 2GB Ram

this normally means it has copies which get reactivated when you restart. It very likely has links in your registry or even plugins/add-ins to your browser which are not being cleaned out.

Try restoring your system to a time prior to the virus & also resetting your browser(s) to defaults. How to do this depends on the browser.
