SOLVED Unable to logon

"The User Profile service failed the logon. User profile cannot be loaded."
Can anyone tell me what this means and how do I fix it? I'm locked out of my laptop.

Thanks heaps! I realized someone had already asked the same question on here so I followed those instructions and hey presto! All sorted!
