Unable to connect to Virtual Disc Service

Yeah, I'm trying to snip 100GB off of an unused partition and add it to mine. Not workin!

Is the Virtual Disc Service running when you load services.msc?

Ah! No, it isn't. I tried to start it and got this error.

That's odd... it can't find the service to start. Can you try running "sfc /scannow" at the command prompt (as an admin) - that should see if you've got any files corrupt or missing.

However, if you're going to format and go x64 it doesn't matter so much
