Turn off update notification

T

Tony Yarwood

Hi guys

Sorry to bother you all with this but it's getting very annoying;

There's an update (KB976002) MS Browsers choice Screen Update for EEA
Users of Win 7 that I don't particularly want to install, but I can't
see the "Don't notify me about this update again" thing that XP has.

Is there anyway I can turn off this notification every time I fire up
7?

Many thanks in advance.

Best regards

Tony

You could install it and then uninstall immediately?

Hi Q

According to the blurb "After you have installed this software update
it cannot be removed"
