Good day. I have a situation with my START MENU, that i would like some assistance with, please. As per the attached image, the area above "ALL PROGRAMS" is blank, and i cannot , for the life of me, figure out how to get the programs back. I have clicked on RESTORE DEFAULTS, etc, and yet it still remains empty. The START MENU size remains grayed out, with ZERO being shown.

I was wondering as to where and what i must do to correct this situation.
