SkyStar2 DVB PCI Satelite TV Card

I have a problem whit my card SkyStar2 on Windows 7 - 7100,Windows 7 do not accept drivers "C:\Windows\system32\Drivers\SkyNET_AMD64.sys.dll"so thet card will not activate.Help me sollwing my problem

This Drivers are worked on Vista x64 SP1 Ultimate
