Shut down, insert W7 DVD, reboot making sure the DVD is first in the boot order. Then run a system repair to fix your Windows system files.

i dont have the dvd i lost it but i have a some cds with 700mb first is there a way i can combine their space and put a ios image on it?

Afraid not, the ISO is about 3GB. But you can generate a bootable USB thumb drive if you have one 4GB or larger that you can empty and use, otherwise you will need a blank DVD.
