screen capture application in win 7

i want to have a screen capture full window application and that application can auto take screen capture when it detect there is changing in screen like mouse move , screen change.....
Please advise .

I see one software before that have this function but forget the name .

If someone is still looking for this, you can use the "record steps to reproduce a problem" that is built in Windows 7.

Camtasia is another software worth trying.
