Safe mode crashes after loading classpnp.sys

Hi,

my computer wont boot, it freezes and goes blue screen
right at the windows logo animation. I tried by getting
into safe mode but the same thing happens when loading the
files right at the Classpnp.sys so i believe the corrupted
file is the one that follows but i just dont know which
one it is so i cant replace it. I have Windows 7 64 bits
Ultimate running on Alienware Aurora R3. If somebody here
can give the list of the files loaded at safe mode will be
greatly appreciated.
