Restoring old system image

Trying to figure out how to reinstall teh system image on the left. Just made the one on the right. They don't even look the same. W-heird.

There are backups and there are images. The one appears to be a Windows 7 Image and the other appears to be a backup.

An image allows for a complete restoration, you cannot pick and choose files to restore. A back-up does not save the Windows system/settings, it is just your data and you can choose to restore individual files or all of them.
