Remove BIOS message (windows boot manager) while start up

I have installed windows 7 professional 64 bit (SP1) using USB pendrive.Though installation was all ok. But now I have another problem. When I start my laptop samsung brand logo occurs and it stalls. Everytime I have to press F10 during start up and select windows boot manager.No flawless start up. Please help me to remove windows boot manager during start up.I would be very grateful

Typically there are settings in your BIOS to disable some BIOS messages, this would normally include such a brand logo you mention. However the fact you are forced to hit F10 to continue suggests there is something else going on, such as your computer not shutting down properly.
