Random Bars Across monitor

HI, ive been having some stage problems. My monitor has some strange vertical lines going across the LCD. They are white and ive tried a different monitor but to no avail.
here are my system specs:

intel core i7 extreme edition
nVidia Ge Force graphics card
1000W psu
water cooling
Gigabyte motherboard.
