problems with bluetooth

I cannot use some of the bluetooth functions on my pc, please help, I really need it
I am using Windows 7 Home Basic 64 bit

I also noticed this on the device administrator:

What happens if you right-click on the items above and choose "update driver"?

It says no driver found

Then you will need to go to the motherboard or computer manufacturer and download the drivers, if 64-bit drivers are available.
