Problems install NERO 9.4.13.2

Hi,
I have try to install nero on my computer but got error that it's will not working.
I know that at nero website i need to install dot.net 3 but when i try to install it i get this error:

any suggestions? anyone try to install nero on his computer?

Did you try accessing “Windows Features” via “Programs and Features” in Control Panel? I don't think that will be the problem though, as W7 should come with a later version anyway.

Did you try running it in Application Compatibility Mode?

Just so others can find this post via google I'll paste the error message you got:

You must use "Turn Windows features on or off" in the Control Panel to install or configure Microsoft .NET Framework 3.0

well i try it also but after i did a restart to the computer Nero is UP & runing great ! ! !
