SOLVED Problem with windows update

Hi.
I hope this is the right section
I really don't remember what i have done to cause this problem but when i start update while installing Intel - Other hardware - Intel(R) Management Engine Interface
this screen appear

Oh by the way i am using Windows 7 Home Premium

Mate,

If you click on "Review optional updates" you should see the update that failed.
Once you have that information (It will mention KBxyz), search for it on microsoft's site.

Sometimes recommended updates (mostly driver updates) get suggested that turn out to not be for the specific hardware you have, it's quite possible this is the case here. I would try to manually run the windows update program and select just that one update; if it fails again then simply right-click on that update and choose "hide update".

and when i run another update it successfully installed
