Hey W7forums, once again. After the whole "My printer software is showing up in just Russian" fiasco, everything was working fine. But now for about 3 days I am trying to print papers and everything is coming out super super super light. I can't read jack. It's not the ink cartridge, changed it. It's not a paper problem. I have no jams. I have tried setting the Microsoft Word settings so that it prints extra dark. But it doesn't change the print out.
Do I need to use the old Russian hardware troubleshooting technique? Where I hit the item until it starts working?
HP 6310 All-in-one is what I have. Running on W7 64.
