I believe if you are in the US you can join Technet Plus for $249 with a discount coupon floating around the net.

Technet subscription is much better value than paying that much for just the Pro upgrade.

and the other problem is that im not from the US

Unless you specifically need some of the Professional features I'd suggest just going for the Home Premium upgrade and saving the difference: Link
