PC Freezes on startup (il pc si blocca in avvio)

buon giorno a tutti sono nuovo del forum e chiedo scusa se magari ho sbagliato posto di discussione.
ho un problema con il portatile all'accensione mi porta su startup repair e dopo la ricerca mi apre la maschera come questa:

cosa posso fare per avviare il pc? ho un lavoro salvato urgente da completare e sono nei guai

Stefano, since you repeatedly get "startup repair" I suggest you boot up to an actual Windows 7 Installation DVD and see if the start-up repair on the DVD would fix your computer. If you do not have a W7 Installation DVD use another computer to download and burn one. The only links to W7 Installation ISOs we have without SP1 are in English (See HERE)

It is also possible your hard drive is failing. If you get it to boot up I would open computer properties and scan the hard drive for errors.

NOTE: Once you get it repaired you really should run windows update to install SP1.
