My motherboard is Gigabyte G41M. I have recently re-installed my windows 7 and trying to install my audio driver.
I downloaded the drivers from gigabyte site. But still my audio devices are not working.

See the attachment please, what does it mean?
Is it also required to download audio drivers from official site Realtek?

You are missing a driver. You need the Realtek Function driver for Realtek Azalia audio chip but if you already installed that then also try the Chipset driver: Intel INF installation.
