news hard drive setup for installing windows 7

Hello, My current HDD IDE is showing sighns of failure. I've rush ordered a new IDE HDD but in what matter should it be formatted to install windows 7 64bit sp1? Will I need to have a setup floppy like win98? Little help please. TIA!

Just install the HD and then put in the W7 DVD and boot to the DVD - it will format and install as needed.
