New to this forum and getting blue screen often

Friends,

OS: windows 7 ultimate 64bit

i dont know why...but i am getting blue screen twice in a week. Herewith i have attached the crash dump file...please check and help me to solve this issue..i am using qbittorrent to download torrent files...i will be always downloading the torrent files...is there any reason behind this crash?

You seem to have McAfee installed, which causes a considerable number of crashes and blue screens we see here.

Remove McAfee completely and install Microsoft Security Essentials.

may be this is silly question....
i checked in the controlpanel --> program list for microsoft security essentials...but its not there...is there any other location where i can check whether that software is installed or not?
is microsoft security essentials is a free or paid one?

and i removed mcafee...
now what should i do?
Am i have to check for the blue screen in the upcoming days?
