Need help

Every time the computer boots up some unknown setup programme starts running, the setup icon of that unknown programme constantly goes on and off on the task bar. Cannot click it. When this thing happens the keyboard mouse falters the open windows flicker all sorts of these strange things happen. Malwarebytes detects nothing. Same with AdwCleaner. It setup stops on its own and it shows a popup window with this message:

'SimpleStopService:Windows Optimizer The service cannot accept control messages at this time.'

I've no idea. Please help.

A word of advice....... stay away from those registry cleaners, optimizers etc etc.

Suggestions :
1. Go to Programs and Features and UN-install Windows Optimizer.

2. click Start button > search bar, type services.msc > Enter key > scroll down and see if you can find SimpleStopServices or Windows Optimizer.
If it is listed , click Stop the service at the left column.
Reboot.

3. click Start button > search box, type regedit > Enter key >
expand (click the pointer in front of ) HKEY_CURRENT_USER
expand Software
scroll to find SimpleStopServices or Windows Optimizer
if found > right click > click Delete
Reboot.
