SOLVED Need help with configuring The Windows Club's S.M.A.R.T.

I could use some help configuring The Windows Club's S.M.A.R.T. (link: http://www.thewindowsclub.com/smart-a-utility-for-tweaking-windows-7-vista-xp-services ). I use Carbonite HomePlus for online backup,s and a Xbox 360 Slim as a Media Center Extender.
Are there any services I need to configure for both to still work with S.M.A.R.T.'s Safe setting's ?

I think that is a terrible name for their utility because it is confusing compared to the much older hard drive SMART technology.

But anyway ...
Here is a list of Microsoft Services you can Disable depending on your set-up.

Probably easiest to leave on Windows Media Player Network Sharing Services just in case.

And leave on Task Scheduler if your backups are automated.

Carbonite uses a service called VSS which it would need and might have others but those should be easy to spot because they would say Carbonite somewhere.
