Need for speed undercover wont load freezig up on load screen ???

Hi, there folks ive got game installed need for speed undercover clcik on icon on desktop game screen loads and freezes and nothing happens can i not play this game with windows 7 7000 x64 any help plzzzz thank you. dan

I'm not sure what else that can be done to get it working, but I'm sure if anyone knows they will respond to that first thread I will close this thread as there's no need to have 2 active posts on the exact same issue
