There are tutorials, but they are non-specific to problems. There is no
phone number that I could find. I tried to get to the Microsoft site where
you can ask a question, you wouldn't believe the rigamarole you have to go
through, they want you to register with several of their sites before you
can type in a question on the Office (Word) site. It includes social sites,
and they ask you to create a profile. I really didn't want to do that. I
just wanted to access the Microsoft Word Office Starter site, and type a
question to its Problem Forum.

Any suggestions why MS makes it so hard to post on their Forum?

It's so they don't have to deal with ignorant, lying, unteachable game-
playing time-wasters like you.

Registration allows easy removal of accounts not meeting
their terms of service. It gives a level of control not
possible on USENET.

There are tutorials, but they are non-specific to problems. ...
<whines on not knowing how to learn an undentified version of MS Word>
<too ignorant to find a newsgroup on MS Word to ask others for help>

Val burns through another x-privat account and starts up another through
which to spew her posts.
