Computer is Hp All-in-one. This printer won't scan. Brother told me to download a file - cc3update but when I have decompressed it I am told that update can't continue because it is not properly installed (I thought that was why I am here?) Please reinstall the original and run the update installation again. What? I have been doing just that and the message is still the same. This printer thinks I am an automaton.
