Menu color and Aero

Hi

Is there anyway that I can rid of the white menu color and
still have the Aero class effect I also very much would like
to have a more visible indication on the hovered menus, I have
trouble seeing that thin blue rectangle on the dropdown menus.
I have managed to change the surface color of everything that
have the ButtonFace color, but I cant chage the menu color.

Anybody that know how I can do this ?
