Major ransomware issues!

Currently have or had tfue virus anti spyware isn't detecting but extensions are still attached which I've been researching on removing, however you would think this would be enough? Wrong. I have this issues with umm idk what they are, say there programs of windows but surely they're not, does anybody know what they are exactly and how to get rid of them? They inundate my system on startup thus not allowing me to utilize my laptop without them freezing me up and seemingly replicating,
