Lost my OS

I lost my windows 7 home os, but i have licence of that os.
Can any one help how to get my OS back.
Do we have any location to download the os by giving the licence or do we have any option to download and instal.

You can download and burn your own copy of Windows 7 Install Media if you have a legal key.

There is also Windows Repair Disk for download as an option for system repair.
