Lock/Folder

I just noticed under users/my administrator account, there is a lock on top
of the folder. I never had this before. I was looking through Windows Help
with no Luck.
How can I remove this lock??

Windows 7 Home Premium 64 Bit.

Why? Is it hurting anything?

It denotes that the security settings from that folder level are "stricter"
than "wide open access" and/or it's not inheriting permissions from the
current/parent folder it sits in.. Add the "users" group or set it to
inherit.

Or, if you are able to access it from the proper accounts, ignore it.
