is there any FREE, NOT TRIAL .iso editor that allows the user to edit the contents of an .sio file?

I'm not sure about a freeware ISO Editor. You could always choose to mount the ISO and copy contents to a folder. And once you have finished write the folder to an ISO.

You can mount an ISO with freeware.
You can create an ISO with freeware.
