Is there an easy way to convert NSF contacts to VCF without breaking data?

I needed this for an old IBM Notes file, and what annoyed me was how quickly a small task turned into a long repair job. I tested the process with about 50 contacts first because I didn’t trust the full file. Good thing I did. Even that small batch came out wrong. A couple of names looked odd, some phone numbers shifted, and one contact lost an email address completely. The worst part was knowing the full address book had more than 200 contacts. I had no interest in fixing all of that by hand. After wasting hours, that’s when I realized I needed a tool that reads NSF properly instead of forcing the file through extra formats. I ended up trying TrustVare Contacts Manager for NSF to VCF conversion. It kept the contact structure intact and gave me a clean result. That finally made the whole thing manageable instead of irritating.
