SOLVED internet explorer has stopped working message

internet explorer 86 and 64 bit comes up with " internet explorer has stopped working" does anyone else have this problem . and how does one fix this problem. thankyou hugo

Also try running IE w/ add-ons disabled. If this works then it is one of your add-ons causing the problem.

Try it with the "protected mode" disabled. :
Click on “Tools”, “Internet Options” and then the tab “Security” and untick the option “Enable Protected Mode”:

Restart the Internet Explorer.
