Installing Dcolorxp-12

Anyone have an experience on installing Dcolorxp-12. It installed and worked fine on Vista but now that I have 7 64 it will not install.
Any help on how I can make this work?

D-color was developed before XP so it may be a 16-bit application. 16-bit programs will not run on native 64-bit OSes.
