I know alot of ppl are having this problem any help?

I used to run XP pro SP3 and now im runn Windows 7 and i have a Soundblaster Live! (SB0220) soundcard...worked fine before
i have the drivers form the net and the drivers from the install disk...but it still wont detect it..drivers will not install even as admin and in compatibility mode any help would be greatly appereiciated

Did you use the Windows 7 drivers direct from the Creative Labs website? The SB0220 is an OEM card, but the Dell OEM drivers should work on it.

There are Vista 64 and 32 bit versions on this page which should work.

If the driver doesn't install correctly using compatibility mode, you may need to extract the driver files manually using WinRar (www.rarlabs.com). Once you've done that, use the browse for driver function in the device manager entry to point to that location.
