I can't update???

My window could not search for new update. Error found: Code 80072EFE. Window Update encountered an unknow error.

It could be a temporary problem according to this KB article:

It also has some suggestions if this problem continues, such as temporarily disabling 3rd party firewalls/anti-virus software to see if they are causing connectivity issues.

I go to Control Panel / System & Security / Window FireWall.--> Home or work (private) Network : conected. AND Public NeHtwork : Not conected. when I made Public Network : conected -->Home or work (private) Network : not conected. So how can I update?
