This started on my computer yesterday. Every time I turned it on, the Windows Help and Support window would pop up on my home screen.
Solution: I went into System Configuration, then Startup. You will notice a good amount of programs are checked. The one I was unsure of read "Unknown". I unchecked that, restarted my computer... problem solved. I'm using Windows 7 64 bit.
