How to enable full glass aero in Windows7?

Hi all, I'm from Vietnam!
Could you help me to enable full glass in Win7? I like it but I can't do. And, who can help me to enable Longhorn 7Air theme. I download it from deviantart.com but I can't find out any .theme file? Help me to do it, please!
