How do I wipeout and reinstall windows on a laptop without knowing the admin password?

Any way to completely wipeout the laptop and reinstall windows if I don’t know the administrator password?

I should mention, laptop is about 5 years old, running win 7, and sophos safeguard. Belonged to my company which went out of business.

iv got the same problam i got mine 2nd hand iv locked mine and admin login i got it try self teach as im new to technoligy i wondered if the windows on ebay amazon are shyt or worth getting
