How do I make Visual themes in Restorator 2009? Is there a simple template? I would like to know also how do I change the Start Menu text color, and resize Start Menu, that's where All Programs Buttons is. I have Windows 64 Bit Home Premium

From what I can find, Restorator 2009 may just be an alias for Restorator 2007 which is paid Bome software and operates its' own forums. You would probably be better off asking questions about Restorator there.
