How do I export contacts from Excel to a single VCF file instead of multiple files?

I have a large list of contacts stored in an Excel spreadsheet, including names, phone numbers, and email addresses. I want to import these contacts into my smartphone and Gmail account, but most of the methods I have tried convert the Excel file into multiple separate VCF files (one VCF per contact). For my purpose, I specifically need all contacts combined into a single VCF file, because it is easier to import and manage on my device. Has anyone successfully converted an Excel contact list to a single VCF file instead of multiple VCF files? If so, could you please explain the steps or recommend a reliable method or software to achieve this without losing contact details?

To export contacts from Excel to a single VCF file, you first need to understand that Excel does not support direct vCard design. Because of this limitation, you cannot simply save an Excel file as a vCard file the way you save other formats.

If you try a manual method to save your Excel sheet to VCF, it can be challenging and time-consuming. Because it will convert the first XLS file to a CSV file, then transfer it to VCF format. However, this method usually creates separate vCard files for each contact. If you have a few contacts for migration, then it is best. But it can not transfer multiple Excel files into a single vCard file currently.

To make the process easier, you can use an experienced software like OSTtoPSTAPP Excel to VCF Converter to convert Excel contacts to VCF in one file. This option helps you export all contacts together while keeping all details properly arranged for smooth sharing and importing.
