How Do I Add A Program Event ...

In the Windows 'Sound' menu, 'Sounds' tab is a list of Program Events, I do not see the 'delete' event listed. How do I add it. My goal is to assign a custom sound to this function.

New software can add it's own series of sound events but I'm not aware of any way to add more than you already get for windows explorer.
