I have around 10 small VCF files exported from different devices. Is there a reliable tool to merge them into a single vCard file without data loss?

If you have several VCF contact files and want to combine them into one single vCard file without losing any data. In that case, I will use dedicated offline software, because manually it can be risky and time-consuming, and also this way does not support bulk vCard merging. If you have lots of bulky or small contact files, then don't take a risk; use a trusted offline tool like Softaken Merge vCard Software. I also tried this offline utility; it works very smoothly without any internet connection, so officially, your data remains safe and accurate. Additionally, the tool is fully Windows-based and supports all the latest and previous Windows versions. It guarantees the data will be fully secure during and after the contact combining process. You can also try it with a free trial demo.

I ran into this when I had separate vCard files from iCloud, Outlook, and an old Android backup. Manually combining them in Notepad technically works, but it’s risky. One small formatting issue and the file won’t import properly. Plus, duplicates become a headache.

What worked for me was WholeClear Merge vCard Software. It lets you add multiple VCF files or even an entire folder at once. The tool merges them into a single VCF without changing contact details or structure. It also supports different vCard versions, which matters if your files come from different sources.
You just load the files, choose the save location, and merge. Quick, clean, no drama. You can test the tool for free.
