I have many MSG files saved from Outlook and need to convert them into PDF format for office records. My main concern is keeping attachments with each email and avoiding one-by-one conversion. I also want the PDF files to keep the original message details like subject, sender, date, and formatting. Is there a simple Windows method to convert bulk MSG files to PDF with attachments safely?

Yes, you can convert multiple Outlook MSG files to PDF with attachments on Windows. The simple way is to use a bulk MSG to PDF method instead of opening each email one by one.
Why one-by-one conversion is not ideal
  • It takes too much time.
  • Attachments may get missed.
  • Email headers can be hard to manage.
  • Formatting may not stay the same every time.
Better way to do it

First keep all MSG files in one folder and make a backup copy. For a few emails, Outlook print-to-PDF can work manually.
For many MSG files, you can try WholeClear MSG to PDF Converter. It supports folder mode, exports multiple MSG files to PDF, keeps email details like From, To, CC, BCC and Subject and also saves attachments in a separate folder.
Tip: Test 2 to 3 MSG files first in the free demo version, then convert the full folder after checking the PDF output.
