Home Network Recognition Issue on Windows 7 Laptop

My old HP engineering laptop, running Windows 7, has suddenly stopped recognizing my home network. I typically use this laptop for side searches while working on another machine at home. Strangely, it can still connect to my iPhone hotspot, but it no longer lists my home Wi-Fi network. I'm not sure what caused this issue, as all my other devices can still detect the home Wi-Fi. I've already tried rebooting the Wi-Fi router multiple times, but the problem persists.
