Help with this mid-game BSOD

I have had this BSOD twice whilst playing Tropico 4 recently.

Can anyone help?

CPUZ Tab and Passmark RAMMon test attached.

Make sure you are running the latest patch. If >>THIS<< is correct, that patch would be 1.06.

I am currently running version 1.06 of Tropico

Best idea is to update your drivers, especially the video drivers.
