HELP! My shortcuts are messed up! :(

Okay, so here's a screenshot of my desktop:

I was trying to get a program to open with another program called DAEMON Tools Lite when everything messed up. Most of my shortcuts became like that after clicking "ok".

Creating new shortcuts does not fix the problem, and I can't pin the shortcut to my taskbar as well after unpinning it. When I right-click the shortcuts, it doesn't have the option to choose what program to run it with, all it has are properties and open.

I found out that whenever I choose a program for the shortcut to run as, it makes every other shortcut open as that same program.

Another option is to force Windows 7 to rebuild its icon cache. I can't remember if CCleaner has this option... I know it does for the systray icon cache.
